Home Plan Modifications
Modifications of our stock plans is a part of daily life at Max Fulbright Designs. Want to add a garage or bedroom? Need a Jack and Jill Bath? These types of changes are typically not a problem and we do them everyday.
Simply give Max a call at 770-301-4214 if you are torn between two plans or can’t find that plan that’s a perfect fit. We can advise you on whether the plan can be modified or whether you need a custom home design. Modifications typically cost between $250-$750 depending on the complexity of the changes. We can easily quote modification costs after a brief conversation by phone or email.
Modification fees are not invoiced until the customer is completely happy with all of the changes.
Remember, planning ahead and making changes BEFORE you start construction is the best money you will spend on your new home.
