Plan for the complete project
The drawing package is one part of your build. These items depend on your site, your changes, and your local team.
CAD supplies editable files. It does not include someone making the changes. Work with your local professional or ask us about modifications.
Multiple foundation options are not included. Additional versions are available separately. Inquire before ordering to confirm whether we have the version you need.
Confirm site plans, engineering or stamps, energy documentation, and any other local requirements with your builder and building department.
Electrical layouts, HVAC sizing and routing, and plumbing runs are coordinated separately with your builder and qualified trades. Ask us if your project needs additional drawings.
Clear answers before you order
The PDF package provides the plan drawings in a printable format. The CAD package includes the PDF set plus editable DWG files, giving a local engineer, builder, or architect with compatible CAD software a starting point for modifications.
You can work with Max Fulbright Designs on modifications and keep the option for later edits by a local engineer, builder, or architect using compatible CAD software. Confirm their software compatibility and scope of work before ordering. Any professional fees for changes are separate from the plan purchase.
No. CAD gives you the editable files; it does not include the work of changing the design. Your local professional can quote that work, or you can ask Max Fulbright Designs about our modification services.
No. Additional foundation versions are available separately. Please inquire before ordering to confirm whether we have the version you need for your chosen plan.
The floor plans shown online are previews to help you compare layouts. Your purchased plan set contains the drawing package for the selected design. Contact us if you need to confirm a specific sheet or detail before ordering.
Your builder and local building department can confirm what your site requires. Site plans, local engineering or stamps, energy documentation, and trade-specific layouts may need to be prepared separately. If your builder or permitting office asks for an additional detail, contact our family to review the request and confirm what drawings or services are needed.
