Need a few changes? We can modify any Max Fulbright plan.
If one of our house plans is almost right, we can adjust it for your lot, your family, and the way you want to live. You will talk with the same family that drew the original plans, not a call center or outside drafting service.

Most families are not asking for a brand-new plan. They just need a plan adjusted so it fits their lot, budget, or daily life.
Add or remove a bedroom
Convert a bonus room, split a bedroom, or make space for guests.
Change the foundation
Adapt a plan for a walkout basement, crawlspace, slab, or daylight lot.
Resize rooms
Adjust bedrooms, baths, garages, kitchens, or living spaces.
Add a porch or outdoor room
Extend a front porch, screen a porch, or add outdoor living space.
Adjust the garage
Add a bay, change the entry, detach the garage, or resize it.
Change exterior details
Update roof pitch, siding, windows, dormers, or the front elevation.
Pricing
We will tell you the price before we start.
Most plan modifications fall between $750 and $1,800. Larger structural changes, roofline changes, garage rework, or major foundation changes can cost more. Either way, you receive a written quote first.
Common room, porch, garage, kitchen, bath, and exterior changes.
More involved structural, roof, foundation, or whole-plan changes.
Usually sent within 1-2 business days after we review your request.
