I designed this plan for the buyer who wants a main-level master, outdoor fireplaces, and a walkout lower level that lives as well as the main floor.

The main floor holds 1,250 square feet with a vaulted family room that makes the open living area feel expansive. A butler walk-in pantry keeps the kitchen organized and functional, and nine-foot ceilings maintain the sense of openness throughout.
