Before you call.
When are you open?+
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. Calls outside business hours go to voicemail — we return those the next business morning. Emails sent anytime receive a response within one business day.
Who actually answers when I call?+
One of the Fulbrights — Max Sr., Max Jr., Ryan, Rhett, Tony, or Sherrie. Whoever has the phone nearest them picks up. If your question needs a specific person (say, a technical question for Max Sr.), the person who answers will route you or take a message.
Do I pay for a consultation?+
No. Pre-purchase consultations are always free — whether you're picking between two plans, asking whether a plan fits your lot, or getting a ballpark on a modification. The free call is 15 minutes or however long it takes; we don't watch the clock.
Can my builder call you with construction questions?+
Yes, and we actively encourage it. Once you've purchased a plan, your builder can call us with any construction question — load paths, framing details, specs, anything. No charge. That's part of what you bought, not an extra service.
I don't live near Georgia. Can you still help?+
Yes. Most of our work happens remotely — phone, email, and PDF file sharing. We've completed plans and custom designs for clients in Texas, Maine, California, Canada, and every state in between. Distance doesn't change the service.
