The Asheville Mountain Garage is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath mountain home that delivers 2,618 square feet across three stories with a front-facing 3-car garage. I designed this plan as the garage version of the Asheville Mountain, giving you covered parking and storage on the main level for families who need serious vehicle and gear capacity built right into the home.
The main level holds 1,760 square feet with a vaulted great room that anchors the open living layout. Nine-foot ceilings in the standard rooms keep the proportions right while the vaulted spaces soar. A mud room catches the mess from the garage entry, which is exactly where you need it. Upstairs, 858 square feet adds a bedroom and loft. The unfinished lower level is ready for a recreation room, bunk room, and additional living with ten-foot ceilings in the basement for a finished feel. The front-facing 3-car garage at the main level is the defining feature.
A front porch and open rear porch with gazebo give you outdoor living on both sides. At 59 feet wide by 60 feet deep on a sloped lot, this plan matches the Asheville Mountain footprint with the garage integrated into the facade. The 3-car garage handles trucks, boats, and all the gear that mountain and lake living demands. If you love the Asheville Mountain but need the garage built in, this is your plan.
The Asheville Mountain Garage plan is available for $1,495. Also see Asheville Mountain, Appalachia Mountain II, Stonegate, and River’s Reach.

Builder Insight
I designed the Asheville Mountain Garage with the waterfront in mind from day one — not as an afterthought. The living spaces face the water, the porches connect each level to the outdoors, and the layout is built for the way people actually use a lake house. If your lot drops toward the water, this plan turns that terrain into an asset.
