I designed John’s Creek as a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath brick home that puts 2,475 square feet on the main level with a bonus room upstairs and a 2-car garage. This is the plan for the buyer who wants traditional brick architecture, a first-floor master with cathedral ceilings, and a layout built for both everyday family life and formal entertaining.
The main floor holds the full 2,475 square feet with a first-floor master suite under a cathedral ceiling that gives the bedroom real presence. A study off the foyer provides quiet workspace, and a walk-in closet gives the master the storage it deserves. Nine-foot ceilings throughout the rest of the main level keep every room proportioned and comfortable. Upstairs, a 375 square foot bonus room adds flexible space for a media room, playroom, or guest quarters.
A front porch and rear porch give you covered outdoor space on both sides. At 63 feet wide by 70 feet 9 inches deep on a sloping or corner lot, this plan has the footprint of a home that means to stay. The 2-car garage handles vehicles and gear, and the brick exterior ages with a dignity that other materials simply cannot match. This is a home built for permanence.
The John’s Creek plan is available for $1,495. For more traditional brick designs, see The Big Oaks, Hunter’s Bend, Lake Burton Lodge, and Blue Ridge.

Builder Insight
I designed the John's Creek the way I'd want my own family home built — a real porch that gets used, a kitchen that's part of the action, and rooms that make sense. Farmhouse character shouldn't just be an exterior style. It should be in how the home lives every day.
