How I designed this plan.

The Lake Eufala Retreat is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath craftsman home that stacks 2,491 square feet across two stories with a 2-car garage and a wraparound porch that ties the whole design together. I drew this plan for the buyer who wants an upper-level master bedroom with commanding views and a main floor built for living and entertaining.

The first floor holds 1,052 square feet with an open living layout, a stone fireplace anchoring the family room, and nine-foot ceilings that keep the space feeling generous. The kitchen flows into the dining and living areas so everyone stays connected.

Upstairs is where this plan gets interesting with 1,439 square feet holding the master bedroom on the upper level along with three additional bedrooms and laundry where you actually need it, close to the bedrooms. That wraparound porch is the signature of this home, stretching across the front and wrapping around for covered outdoor living that adds square footage you will use every day.

At 50 feet 4 inches wide by 49 feet deep on a corner or flat lot, the footprint fits standard lots without pushing into setbacks. The 2-car garage keeps vehicles and gear protected. What is included in the Lake Eufala Retreat house plan set?+

Each plan set includes dimensioned floor plans for all levels, front, side, and rear elevations at 1/4" scale with notes and dimensions, foundation plan (basement standard; slab and crawlspace available for an additional fee), and roof plan. Available as a PDF plan set ($1,495) or editable CAD files ($1,950). Electrical plans are not included because they are customer-specific and finalized on site with your builder and electrician after framing.

Can the Lake Eufala Retreat plan be modified?+
