River’s Walk is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath craftsman home that delivers 3,029 square feet across two stories with a 3-car garage. I designed this plan for the family that wants the master suite upstairs with a loft open to the living space below, creating a connection between floors that most homes never achieve.
The main floor holds 1,513 square feet with nine-foot ceilings, an open layout, and the kind of flow that makes daily living effortless. A tray ceiling in the master bedroom adds elegance to the upstairs primary suite, and the open-to-below loft gives the upper level a balcony feel overlooking the main living area. Upstairs mirrors the main floor with 1,516 square feet holding bedrooms, the master suite, and that dramatic open connection to the floor below.
A front porch and rear porch give you outdoor space on both sides of the home. At 56 feet 2 inches wide by 63 feet 2 inches deep, this plan fits standard lots with the 3-car garage handling vehicles and gear. The upstairs master suite is a deliberate choice that gives the primary bedroom the best views and the most privacy in the house. This is a home designed for families who use every floor fully.
The River’s Walk plan is available for $1,495. For more large family plans, explore Lake Burton Lodge, The Big Oaks, River’s Walk, and Creek Crossing.

Builder Insight
I designed the River's Walk the way I approach every plan — starting with how a family actually lives in a home, not with the exterior style. Open flow where it matters, private space where it's needed, and no wasted square footage. That's 25 years of building experience in every dimension.
